Start by contacting Integrity Utility Billing to review the details of your bill. If, after reviewing, you still believe there’s an issue, we’ll direct you to your property management team. All formal charge disputes or adjustment requests must be submitted through your leasing office.
Note on High Water Bills:
For properties billing water via submetered usage, if your water usage seems unusually high, it may be caused by a leak or malfunctioning appliance (i.e. a faulty toilet fill valve, toilet flapper, or leaking faucet/showerhead). We strongly recommend opening a work order with your property for a maintenance review—these types of issues can significantly increase water usage.
