Why are rent or other recurring charges included on my utility bill?

Modified on Wed, 23 Apr, 2025 at 3:19 PM

Some utility statements include recurring charges like rent, pet fees, or parking as a courtesy to help you view all charges in one place. These non-utility charges are provided directly by your property’s management system and are not managed or generated by Integrity.

Please note:

  • These amounts are displayed for reference only and may not reflect recent changes or payments.

  • All payments should still be made to your property through their designated portal or office.

If you have questions about these recurring charges or if something looks incorrect, we recommend reaching out to your leasing office directly.
