Why am I receiving a utility bill from Integrity Utility Billing instead of the utility company?

Integrity works with your property manager to handle utility billing on their behalf. Instead of setting up separate utility accounts with each provider, residents are billed for many utilities through a single, consolidated system—making it easier for both residents and property staff to manage.


Please note that at this time, Integrity Utility Billing does not accept or process payments. Payments should be made to your apartment community directly via whatever payment means are available.
